Double-Blind Peer Review Process

Initial Editorial Assessment

Upon submission, all manuscripts undergo a preliminary evaluation by the Editorial Office and Editorial Board members. During this stage, submissions are assessed for:

  • Technical quality and scientific significance

  • Compliance with author guidelines and formatting requirements

  • Clarity, organization, and quality of presentation

  • Ethical compliance and research integrity

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s minimum requirements may be returned to authors for revision or declined prior to external peer review.

Reviewer Evaluation Criteria

Editorial Decisions

Based on reviewer recommendations and editorial evaluation, one of the following decisions may be communicated to the authors:

  • Major Revisions Required

  • Resubmit for Further Review

  • Reject

Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board based on reviewer reports and the overall quality of the manuscript.


Revision and Resubmission

Authors requested to revise their manuscripts are expected to:

  • Address all reviewer comments systematically

  • Clearly highlight modifications made in the revised manuscript

  • Submit a detailed response letter explaining all revisions

  • Resubmit within the timeframe specified by the editorial office

Where necessary, revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation.

External Peer Review: 2–4 Weeks

First Editorial Decision: Approximately 4–6 Weeks

Final Acceptance and Production: Following successful revision and editorial approval
